Reagan and his staff went above and beyond and saved me a lot of trouble by ordering the wrong vinyl flooring online. Reagan did research for me and found out about my mistake and got me the vinyl I needed for my project in Telluride. He helped me load my vehicle and his staff gave me advice on how to complete my project. Highly recommend!

Stephanie was so knowledgeable and patient with me! She listened to my concerns about pets, children etc. and helped me choose the best product as well as talked me through long term care of it. She helped me narrow down choices of colors and styles. Scheduling was super easy and they even worked around some out of town visitors I had coming to spend the night. Everything was complete with the hard wood floors before they came and carpet went in after they left. The crews were very nice and polite and stopped to ask for my opinion several times throughout the process. I'm sure people could find "cheaper" elsewhere, but I wanted a true upgrade and am glad I spent the time to research what I wanted and didn't scrimp. I love my new floors!!
